Construction Process

Closing
Approximately thirty (30) days in advance of your estimated closing date, our Settlement Coordinator will notify you in writing of your date, place, and time for settlement. You will also be given the date and time for your initial pre-inspection. Your follow-up walk-through will generally be scheduled 1 to 2 days prior to your closing. At the scheduled closing, al final payments and closing costs will be required in certifiable funds.
